Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with your coffee subscription. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help make it right.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened and in its original packaging
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • In the same condition you received it
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened coffee bags (for food safety reasons)
  • Custom or personalized subscription items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Digital products or downloadable content

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at world@fragranceieshop.world or call us at +1 (416) 363-7662. We'll provide you with a return authorization number and instructions.

Step 2: Package Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging, if possible. Include your order number and return authorization number.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Send your return to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund Amount

You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, excluding original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive deliveries until the end of the paid period.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are damaged or defective.
